How to choose a team building company in South Africa
Before you book anyone, ask these six questions. Here is how we answer them.
- How long have they been doing this? Experience shows in the details. We have run team building for 25 years – more than 2,500 corporate events.
- Who runs the day? Ask whether the facilitators work for the company. Our own head facilitators lead our events – meet the team.
- Is everything included? Equipment, materials, set-up and pack-up should be in the quote, not extras. With us, they are.
- Can it be tailored? A good event fits your group size, goals, venue and time slot. We build every programme around yours.
- Is there a plan B? Weather, load-shedding and late starts happen. We agree an indoor or backup plan before the day.

Team building in South Africa: FAQs
Do you run team building anywhere in South Africa?
Yes. We are based in Gauteng and run events across the country – Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town and venues in between. Our facilitators travel with all the equipment, so the experience is the same wherever your team is.
Can you come to our office?
Yes. Many of our activities are designed for boardrooms, canteens, conference rooms or a parking area. We set up before your team arrives and pack away afterwards. If you would rather go off-site, we can recommend a venue.
How many people can take part?
Our events run for groups from about 20 people to company-wide events of 500. For smaller or larger groups, tell us your numbers and we will suggest the right format.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. For November and December year-end functions, book as early as you can – that is our busiest time of the year.
How much does team building cost?
Every event is quoted for your group size, activity, venue and location, so there is no one-size price. Send us your details and we will reply with a tailored quote, usually within 24 hours.
What if it rains?
Many of our activities run indoors, and for outdoor events we agree an indoor plan B with you in advance, so the day goes ahead whatever the weather.
